Dear fellow alumni,
Happy Chinese New Year! Wish all of you excellent health and good
success in the Year of Pig.
The annual exco-member re-election of MUAA (HK) was conducted on January
18, 2007. It is my great honor to be elected the President for the
coming year. With the cooperation of the exco team and the support of
our members, I am sure the association will further promote the bonding
among MQU alumni.
Founded in 1998 by a group of enthusiastic alumni led by Joseph Leung,
MUAA (HK) is entering its 10th year. The number of alumni in Hong Kong
has reached 3800 now. On behalf of the Exco-member, I like to express
sincere thanks to Joseph Leung and the immediate Past President
Katherine Cheng for their valuable contribution over the years. We are
also thankful to all the exco-committees for your support and
participation, which are crucial to the association's development.
I have joined the MUAA (HK) exco for over two years. One thing I value
most is the friendship that I gained during this period. The
association provides us good opportunities to meet people from different
background. In spite of the diversity in experience and social circles,
the fact that we all graduate from MQU unites us all and gives us a
ready platform to build our network.
We have designated "Get In Together" to be the theme for this year.
Hope all of us develop great friendship in MUAA (HK) and enjoy our good
time together.
